Prices listed above are for standard cakes with inscription only, flavors include red velvet, pound cake, marble, chocolate, lemon, orange and banana.  Cakes with fruit filling(strawberry, pineapple, guava, banana and raspberry) and pineapple coconut, carrot, german chocolate, coconut, Pistachio nut and strawberry shortcake cake types are an additional charge.

Edible images are an additional $10.00 for an 8" round photo and $15.00 for an 8x10 photo. Personal photos must be emailed to cakeinfo@essentialcakes.com and must be in jpeg form only. Pictures are printed as received, so please make sure your photo is clear. Photos that need to be scanned will be charged an additional fee.

Pricing listed above are for standard cakes with an inscription.  Custom and specialty cakes are priced starting at $6 per serving for buttercream cakes and $7 per serving on fondant cakes and then depend of the style and decoration of cake. Sculpted cakes start at $8 per serving. Minimum feeding on these cake are 20 servings.  3D characters as seen on the site such as Elmo, Cookie Monster, Ni hao, etc are made out of rice crispy treats and start at $100.00 per character and depend on decoration plus the cost of the cake.

Cake consults are done by appointment only Monday-Wednesday from 1pm-3pm and 6pm-8pm and are $25 for the sittings, cost will be subtracted from final cost of cake. 

Payment methods are cash, Visa or Mastercard only.  We do not accept American Express or take checks/money orders.

Cancellation policy:

We require  a 50% deposit on all cake orders before any work can be done.  Once your cake has been made your deposit is non refundable. Standard cake orders need to be cancelled two days prior and custom cakes at least one weeek prior. All refunds are done in the same method as deposit. Credit refunds will be charge a 6% processing fee and balance will be charged back to card.
